Gary Lane Allen II has more than two decades of experience managing long-term care and rehabilitation facilities in Texas. Gary Lane Allen II holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from Southwest Texas State University, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. His background combines knowledge of healthcare operations with an understanding of regulatory requirements and team coordination.

Currently serving as administrator with Nesbit Living and Recovery Center in Seguin, Mr. Allen oversees daily operations, provides strategic leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, and ensures strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. During his time there, the facility has received Trinity Health Care’s Facility Award for “Best Community Evolvement and Community Spirit.” He is a licensed nursing facility administrator and has been a certified preceptor with Texas Health and Human Services.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Allen has managed a variety of facilities, including startups and transitions across multiple regions. His previous roles include leading Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lockhart, where the facility was recognized locally for several years. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming and is a member of Lions Clubs International.
